The design of UIR00L is aimed at reducing the onsite operator's technical level demands. It is equipped with various sensors and displays to assist beginners in the understanding of the cause of the malfunction, troubleshooting guides, and teaches them for further experience. For example, since the adjustment of the gap between the teeth is quantified, and the adjustment amount of the gap of the dental plate is numerically transmitted through the scale, so it provides a basis for the onsite operators.
The flexible vibrating plate surface is modularized which can be replaced according to the shape of different products, and the accessory module can be replaced by either flipping or not. Therefore, the product inventory can be made more widely; the amount of products placed in the vibrating disk can have a significant influence on the vibration effect, which would affect the production speed and accuracy. Our feeding device can automatically adjust the amount of material in the vibration plate
